1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Eviella Craft Studio website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Eviella Craft Studio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Eviella Craft Studio may revise these terms of service for our website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our site is accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.

9. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we refuse your order, we will notify you via email and will not charge your payment method. In case of disputes regarding order accuracy or authenticity, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order enters the processing stage and cannot be cancelled.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We offer local delivery in and around Aluva, Kerala. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for receiving their orders. If an order is not received due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer bears the responsibility and cost of re-delivery.

11. Returns and Refunds

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. For non-custom products, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

12. Payment Methods

We accept UPI (Unified Payments Interface) for online payments. We also accept Cash on Delivery for local deliveries in Aluva. Payment must be received before the order is processed, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. We do not store your payment information.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eviella Craft Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmit obscene or offensive content
• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or conversations in our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any form of fraud or misrepresentation

15. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Eviella Craft Studio, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the website or materials, or any products or services sold through the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.
